Electronic handwheel is a photoelectric rotary encoder used for zero correction and signal segmentation of CNC machine tools, printing machines, etc. When the sensor rotates, the handy manual pulse generator produces a signal corresponding to the electronic handwheels motion. The coordinates are selected by the numerical control system and the coordinates are positioned.
Electronic handwheel is applicable to CNC machines by providing HOME position, step adjustment and interrupt signal. Precise 90°phase A and B signals to ensure accurate position control. Manual pulse generator shell is made of pressure enduring with impact resistance, anti-interference, wear resistance and oilproof function. It can be applied to CNC machine tools and automation systems, and is compatible with various CNC systems. For example, Siemens, Mitsubishi, FANUC, FAGOR, NUM, HEIDENHAIN, LNC, new generation, KND, GSK, SKY, etc.

Changchun, which is the photoelectric industry base of China. Roundss has 4 sales branches, 30 full-time sales staff and 18

Factory Show
Roundss has 11000 sq meter factory including machining workshop and dust free assembly workshop. The automatic
assembly line was developed by Roundss, which is the first in encoder industry. We have 8 production lines: universal
incremental encoders; absolute encoders; manual pulse generator; draw wire sensor; magnetic ring encoder; gear tooth
encoder; servo motor encoder; flexible couplings. We could provide 3000pcs encoders for one week. For every encoder
before leaving factory, it must pass two times of singal inspections.

All encoders passed CE certificate. Some encoders like MPG, handwheel are RoHs compliant. Roudss spends 6% of annual

A:Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us. But you should send us the trademark authorization letter.
