Notice on Lifting the Agency Right of Guangzhou Haode Electronics Co., Ltd.

Party A: Changchun Rongde Optical Co., Ltd.

Party B: Guangzhou Haode Electronics Co., Ltd.

             On January 1, 2018, Party A and Party B signed an authorized agency sales agreement. Party B agent sells the encoder of Party A. Valid for one year, from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. At this point, the agency agreement has expired and Party A will not renew.

According to the agreement, “the total amount of loans owed by Party B in November and December 2018 is 36,1947.5 ¥ and the loan in January 2019 is 34,852 ¥. It will be paid on time before January, February and March of 2019.”

          If Party B continues to place orders from Party A, it will no longer be the agent of Party A from January 1, 2019, and will execute the payment to arrange production and delivery.
